Special Ops need one aircraft that can do everything and go anywhere. MAG Aerospace designed The MAG MC-208 GUARDIAN™ from the ground up. As Joe says, “You can stick it in and out of any 1500 foot mud hole on earth. And it will support our forces in a way that nothing else on earth can currently do.”

The Challenge

MATYK combined forces with HudsonLake Agency to craft a hard-hitting launch campaign with video and photography. “Problem Solved” was the mission. Because the prototype was actively being built on Florida’s Space Coast, every step had to be guarded closely, every deadline razor-sharp — all to push it across the finish line and into the market.

How We Did It

MATYK focused one the most visual aspects - versatile mobility (you can take it apart and put it on a cargo jet) and the medevac hero storyline. We kept production local, filming over nine production days on Florida’s Space Coast.

The first 48 hours were spent in a hangar to demo the breakdown and rapid assembly as live action and time-lapse. Then, in collaboration with Complete Parachute Solutions and their team of veteran parachutists, we found an austere environment to recreate the medevac rescue scenes. Filming all angles - air-to-air, drone, and with two units on the ground - we made the aircraft a cinematic hero.
